Ingredients:

Coriander Seeds, Toor dal, Cumin, Black Pepper, Dried Tamarind, Kashmiri Chilli, Asafoetida, and Curry Leaves.

Directions to Use:

To prepare Rasam, begin by boiling 2 cups of water with 1 chopped tomato, a green chili, and 2 tablespoons of cooked dal for 3-5 minutes. Then, add 2 tablespoons of Kamakshi rasam powder, chopped coriander leaves, and tamarind juice. Adjust the sourness according to your taste. Once the mixture starts to boil, add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and 2 dried chilies for the tadka. Finally,add salt to taste. Serve the hot rasam with rice and a dry potato roast for a delicious meal.
